Open Mornings & Taster Events

Whole School Open Morning: Friday 3rd May 2024
Arrive at 10am
Senior Headmistress’ talk at 10.15am followed by tours of the Senior School (and Prep School if appropriate).

Refreshments will be available. Event ends at 12.30pm

Many girls and their parents visit us first on an Open Morning; they are currently held twice a year with the main one in September. The other Open Morning is held in May.

Taster Events

When decisions have been confirmed in November, all successful candidates will be invited to our Offer Holders’ event in January/February.

Our new St Teresa’s Year 7s can look forward to their first Induction Day in late June/early July when they come in to meet their Head of Year and Form Tutors and, will sample a few Year 7 lessons.

The second Induction Day is on the day before school starts in the Autumn Term. This is just a short afternoon visit when girls can meet their Form Tutors again and visit their form room so that they know exactly where to go when school begins the next day.

New boarders also arrive during the course of the day before term begins. Their initial Boarding Induction begins as soon as they arrive with their parents but continues over the whole of the following weekend when they will get to know the school, the site and the surroundings much better.
